Personal safety is a basic human necessity. 1 in 4 women and 1 in 9 men experience intimate partner violence (source: NCADV). Nearly 20 people per minute are physically abused by an intimate partner in the US, which equates to more than 10 million in a single year (source: NCADV). Humans need healthy connections. eBodyGuard Corp. is a public safety company whose mission is to create disruptive technology to bridge gaps. With a simple touch of the SOS button or by saying “eBodyGuard Now”, the audio of your scene is recorded and utilized for the court process later. No more “he said/she said” with eBodyGuard. Finally—this is the tech that provides justice enhancement and gives victims the voice they need. By partnering with DomesticShelters.org, it is our goal to bridge the safety gap within our communities, to disrupt the cycle of violence, and to reduce the number of victims in America. eBodyGuard creates safety through connection!

Did you know that 8 out of 10 domestic violence cases are dismissed because of a lack of evidence and victims too scared to testify? VictimsVoice helps survivors become more willing and credible witnesses by making sure they collect the RIGHT evidence in the RIGHT way so advocates can better serve their needs, investigators can build a better case and prosecutors can more effectively and appropriately hold abusers accountable. Victims and survivors who need to document evidence can reach out to one of their partner organizations to receive a card for a free year of use for the platform.
